Oakland Valley Race Park is the East Coast's premier Kart and Supermoto racing facility. We are a great place for beginners and seasoned veterans alike. OVRP offers a world class half mile asphalt sprint road course, a 1/5 mile dirt oval for those looking for wheel to wheel, "left turn" short track action, and the Northeast's premier and original Supermoto motorcycle track with a dedicated dirt section.

Conveniently located within a two hour drive from New York City, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Philadelphia, Oakland Valley Race Park, owned and operated by Hannen Motorsports, Inc., is the Northeast's premier, full time, action-packed karting facility. Tim Hannen and his professional staff are pleased to offer a racing venue with two road courses, a paved tri-oval, and the option to run on dirt oval, complete with an on-site café, and kart shop.

Oakland Valley Race Park's ½ mile roadcourse was originally built in the 1960's. Known to old timers as Cuddeback, the track was acquired in the early 80's by Sal Polisi and was known as Noto Raceway. In the late 90's, under new ownership, the track underwent major renovations and upgrades. A new shop was built, the track repaved, and a scoring tower with AMB timing and scoring was added. Just recently, Oakland Valley was acquired by Tim, Colleen and Peter Hannen and is now operated by Hannen Motorsports, Inc.

Hannen Motorsports was founded by Tim Hannen and his parents, Peter and Colleen Hannen, with the purpose to purchase and operate Oakland Valley Race Park.

Hannen Motorsports finalized the acquisition of Oakland Valley Race Park on November 13th. "We have put together a fantastic team for this venture including MRP / Birel America, Jay de Marcken and of course my parents, Peter and Colleen Hannen. Our focus is in developing a safe, friendly, and competitive environment for current and future racers", says Managing Owner Tim Hannen, a lifelong educator dedicated to youth development through racing.

Racing will continue through the winter with four trips to Florida supported by the Birel America race program but not exclusive of any chassis brand. For 2010, four points races in the Northeast Max Challenge have been secured and a big announcement concerning an international race at Oakland Valley Race Park in June is imminent. We look forward to re-establishing OVRP as a World Karting Association "Master Track" as well as participating in WKA regional and national events.
